    Am I right that you are just open one instance in php, so the optimization is single threaded? Are there any ideas to change this?

    Hello Poet,

    That is correct, it is only single-threaded. There hasn’t been much request for this and, when we did have parallel optimization which allowed for multiple images at once, it was more trouble than it was worth.

    However, for all suggestions, I generally recommend adding them to our https://feedback.ewww.io/ form as we usually look to that to see how much interest there is in something.
