    Bonjour,

    A chaque fois que je souhaite configurer site kit Google je tombe sur uen page d’érreur affichant le message suivant : La requête envoyée au proxy d’authentification a échoué avec une erreur : site not found

    Comment je peux régler ce problème svp ?

    Thanks for reaching out @lsmmarketing. The “site not found” error you’re facing indicates that your site may have previously connected, and when trying to communicate to set up the plugin once more, it’s not recognizing your credentials. So we can determine more on this, and ensure you can get the plugin successfully connected, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.  
    2. At what stage do you encounter this error? If during plugin set up, please share at what stage you land on this error, and the URL of that page (as it may contain a useful callback URL to help us determine the issue).
    3. Did you at any stage change your wp-admin path or your WordPress files location directory? If so please share details.

    Based on reviewing your form response, there could be a couple of things impacting Site Kit setup. To troubleshoot this further, please share the following:

    1. Does the same occur if you reset the plugin (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit)? Note that by resetting, this will result in you having to set up the plugin once more, while connecting the same modules previously connected. Any other administrators currently connected will also have to set up the plugin once more. 
    2. Do you encounter any errors if you temporarily deactivate both Solid Security Basic and Really Simple Security, and attempt Site Kit set up once more?
    3. Did you ever successfully connect Site Kit on this site? I ask as the issue may be related to a previous setup.

    Excellent! Happy to hear it @lsmmarketing. Out of curiosity, was it after resetting Site Kit that you were able to connect, or was it after deactivating your other plugins?

    j’ai d’abord désactiver le plugin solid sécurity mais ça n’a pas changé de problème. Ensuite sans réactivité ce plugin, j’ai réinitialiser le plugin site kit Google.
