Hello Kim,
apologies for the delayed reply! I can see that the front page is working right now – has this been fixed or is the issue still topical? Are you running the latest versions of the theme (2.0.2) and the Expansion Pack (2.0)?
Hi,
Too bad I still suffer with the same problem. I can not open the frontpage. Tried different browsers, different devices and different networks using a VPN, all to no avail.
It’s getting worse, because I am also not able to login to the WP-console, even resetting my password does not work, the page just won’t open.
https://smartfeud.com/ just gives me a blank page, but for example https://smartfeud.com/tips-and-tricks/ works fine.
We’ll need to find the source of the error; in order to do this, please enable the debug mode for your WP install, refresh the front page, and paste here all error messages you see there. Thanks for your patience!
I have this problem too – works fine in all browsers I’ve tried except Chrome. I have tried disabling plugins but it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Website is hokianga.com.
Here are the console errors being shown:

I figured out that if I turn off ‘Display loading screen’ in ‘Customizing – preloader’ then all is well.
