Site Admin Page

After my upgrade, my blog looks fine, but when I go to the Site Admin, I am missing images though the actual gifs to exist and the permissions should be correct.

I have deactivated all plugins to no avail.

Things seem to work, but the images seemed to be dorked up. Anyone have this issue?
