Hi @oloccina,
If your website is already using Cloudflare DNS, then it’s good. You do not need to change your DNS or nameserver. All you need to do is remove all the page rules and workers that you have setup for this website that is managing the cache behavior, then install this plugin and set it up with your API key so that the plugin can create the page rules that it needs automatically and manage the cache behavior.
Also if you want inside the plugin settings > other tab > scroll down and checkout the Remove Cache Buster Query String feature with the implementation guide. Implement all the cache rules mentioned there to have a better caching experience.
Just make sure that before installing this plugin you have deleted all the existing page rules and workers that you have created to manage the cache behavior for this website.
