Site architecture question

Hi

I’m building some pages about areas within london and displaying various points of interest/train stations/bus stations etc within that area. Currently I have a page for an area, eg, Westminster. I want to list the nearby tube stations, train stations, museums, bars, restaurants etc. Presumably I should create a post for each local point of interest, but should I also create a new post type for each? Would I be better off using taxonomies for grouping the points of interest?
