• *Updated review*

I’ve been using this plugin for over a year and can recommend it wholeheartedly. It’s useful, easy to use and has seamless integration with WordPress backend.

Be careful with your snippets though. A snippet of mine was creating problems for my site and not the plugin itself.

The plugin has a bug which causes extreme slowdown of my site. I was asked by my host (WPEngine) to uninstall the plugin. Not sure it can be recommended in its current state — which is a pity because save for this potentially-resolvable bug, the plugin is very very good.

Any idea what this ‘site-breaking’ bug might be, so I can look into it?

Are you sure that it’s actually a problem with the plugin and not just a bug in one of your snippets?

    Hi Shea,

Here’s the bug I’m getting – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/php-parse-error-syntax-error-unexpected-4?replies=1. It’s possible it could be a snippet of mine that is running amok. If you want i could give you admin rights to my site to investigate further.

    Thank you.

I’ve replied to your other thread, and yes, it looks like this is a bug in the snippet code.

If you want me to take a look, you could post the problem code here and I will see what could be causing the error.

If you want to give me admin rights to take a look at the site itself, my email is shea [at] bungeshea [dot] com
