Site Breaking while trying to use plugin

    Hi there,

    I am using Swift on this site and normally it works fine – However the site got brought down and I found this in the error log which refers specifically to Swift

    PHP Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=96392 in /home/readydat/shxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxg.com/wp-content/plugins/swift-performance-lite/performance.php on line 2133

    Do you know what this is and why it is happening?
    I had to disable the plugin in order to make the site live again.

    Hi,

    Most likely it’s because the total number of database requests a website can make is limited. Some (shared) hosting providers limits the total number of database requests and if the numbers of requests get exceeded by its limit, no further requests are processed, and you notice such an error.

    You might try to optimize your database to find out if that helps.
