  • Hello,

Thanks for trying, Did you used php code to show the icons? It looks like you have used php code and you needs to remove that code before deactivating the plugin.

thanks, can’t remember putting php in the header, but it was there 🙂

reason i stop using your plugin is way too much pushing for premium and too many plugin updates, which means i always have to replace my custom icons again…

    Hello,

In misc you can disable the ads. There is option for that, If you use custom icons, you can go for premium version. It has option to have any number of extra icons.

Hi, I also came across this scenario while trying to debug another issue, deactivated the plugin and it caused popups to not appear and site-wide issues.

I don’t think that I have used php anywhere for the floating social media plugin.

    Please help.

I tried reactivating the plugin and still did not fix.
Also tried to uninstall and re-install plugin and still no help. Strangely enough, after re-installing, I saw the settings to be there as was done before! Don’t know why. Anyway, now have uninstalled and waiting for a response.
