Site broken

The site, gypsyherbs.ca , was working exactly as it was supposed to be working a week ago. I then checked on it today, and the site is completely broken, and I can’t seem to figure out why. I even reinstalled the theme, and it is still displays it as broken. There should be 5 sections and there should be 5 links at the top, instead there are only 2. Also, it’s displaying the menu, Main (Primary Menu, Top-Bar Menu), even though the setting in the back end indicate that it is displaying the menu, One Page Menu (one page menu).

I would appreciate as much help as I can get, and I’m usually pretty good at finding the error, but not in this case. I am completely baffled.
