Site broken

Hi,

I am trying WP-Optimize and CSS and Images are not loading.
My homepage is broken : only text showing

I just use Database, Images and Cache. Not minifying anything.
After I go to the BackOffice the site comes back. I have the option clean cache every 24 hours. That the it takes to the site to break.

What am I missing ?

I use a Genesis framework site.
