    Site Builder Stopped Working
    I created by site with the NUZI theme and I used Site Builder and its Elements a lot to create and structure the content on my pages. Since the site launched I have updated it and it is on the current version to dayte 3.9.1. However, when I went to make a changes toady I found that I could not edit Site Builder Elements on any page nor could I drag and drop new Elements on any page. I tried this in IE, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox to no avail. I tried disabling plugins and I tried re-installing 3.9.1. I am not sure how to determine what is causing my issue here as I am fairly new to WordPress. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My site is rootedts.com.

    Is this a plugin? If so, where did you download it from?

    It was included in the NUZI Theme.

    I will start a support request there as well.

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we support, commercial products here.

    Found this on my Theme provider’s Facebook page. Should resolve my issue. Thanks all!

    Dear Customers,

    We have updated all of our themes to WordPress 3.9 compatible. Please download on Themeforest new theme version and it will solve pagebuilder problem with WP 3.9 “Smith”.
