Site collapse by plugin activation

    Upon the activation click, this message appears everywhere. Website and admin panel. “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tgmpa() (previously declared in /home/……/public_html/wp-content/plugins/portfolio-filter-gallery/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php:2126) in /home/……./public_html/wp-content/themes/Starhotel-master-56003782432212af89a04f23e8284f240509c6c4/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 2147”.

    I rename by ftp the plugin folder, the site is back, and the plugin waiting activation.

    Starhotel is the theme… Any thoughts ?
