Site Comments

I received 5 comments in one day about a post that was done a month earlier. Comments were from the US and from India. Yet my site stats indicate no views or visits to the web site at that moment in time. Yet when I checked the site out for that particular post it did indicate 5 comments.

I am new to this so I am not really sure how this happened or what to make of it. Am I being hacked or can someone google a name, a title etc that would link them to this particular post?
