same problem with my site and i received an email saying it’s ocean extra to cause the crash.
did you fix it? how did you do it?
In the email I received there was a link to enter the recovery mode. I updated ocean extra and site started to work again
If you are still facing problem try disabling “ocean extra” plugin.
Open file manager and locate the plugin folder under wp-content and change the name of the plugin.

Try to update the Ocean Extra plugin to the latest version 1.5.18 to fix the issue. if you can’t access the site, use FTP/cPanel to update the plugin manually.
