    Hi,

I know others did have this problem too, but there was no solution shown in the threads. So here I am. I started working on this site only yesterday and it looked fine (under English Version you see how it should look on the homepage only it would have been in German). Now it is completely gone and there is no way to change the block to something else except for keeping it (without having the possibility to work on it any further), changing it to HTML (the result is the homepage – half of the text is missing, layout gone) or to delete it which would be no use at all.

So what can I do? I do have another website where I used this block and there I was able to change it into something else (makes me still feel very much afraid as this site is extremely important to me)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @michoubonn ,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

I see you have an issue with the deprecated blocks after updating to the current Spectra 2.0.0 version.

It has come to our attention that the old users updating to the new Spectra version are experiencing this issue.

To fix this, first, you’ll need to update the Spectra plugin to the latest version i.e. 2.0.1, and after that, you’ll need to add this?spectra_old_user=yesafter your URL from the dashboard section as shown in this video and you just need to check the editor, and you can see that the issue is fixed.

    I hope that helps.

    Hi,

yes, for the other site this may be true – I made those sites with the old Version. But the new website was done yesterday and the plugin was downloaded 28 hours ago – called spectra and not that old.
So what to do in this case? And what about version 2.02?

But yes, it worked. Kind of 🙂 I don’t know how to change the Advanced Row to the container?
Thanks for your quick help btw., very appreciated 🙂

Edit: Found it, clicked on the wrong element …

    Hello @michoubonn,

I am glad it worked for you.

You can convert the existing “Advanced Row” block to “Container” easily in just one click. This is how you do it https://d.pr/v/8uaQPJ
