    That could happen if the theme is not active while the widgets are trying to be imported so make sure the theme is both installed and has been activated.

    Otherwise, it’s possible there is a problem with the WIE file that the theme maker provided (e.g. maybe their widgets have a different name now than when they first exported the WIE file).
