    Hi,

    I installed a plugin for paypal and the site went down, how do I get back into the admin site to remove the plugin ?

    If the backend is also no longer working, you can probably remove the plugin that is causing the problem via FTP. Log in to your hosting via FTP and delete the plugin directory from /wp-content/plugins/. Your host’s support team can tell you how to connect via FTP.

    You should rename or remove the plugin folder with FTP or hosting provider file manager. That is the only way to get back if you are not familiar with WP-CLI.
