Try to FTP to your site and remove the changes you did on the functions.php and config.php.
I did. I changed in child theme. Also checked wp- config and functions in regular theme and there is nothing in there. All has been removed. still nothing
I deleted browser history and also tried from different browser

Let’s try to change the current theme to a working one.
Here are the steps:
– ftp to your site
– rename the folder of your current theme to something else
– rename the folder of the working theme to your current theme
– try to login
For example, if your current theme is themeX and the working theme is themeY, rename themeX to themeZ and rename themeY to themeX. Hope this works for you.

I have Cerauno theme but child theme is active

Site comes up but with no template (same as before) and I still cannot login into seasidebeachhomedecor.com/wp-admin. I get page that says Example Domain
You might want to get a clean Cerauno child theme and use it as themeY I mentioned above.

Sure. You should change them back to the previous state if the solution does not work for you.

Using FTP like chienyi told you. Your host provider should have given you FTP login and password to modify your website files at will. It’s another way to access your site backdoor if things are broken with dashboard.

Then download themes on your computer, and upload or change them (name of folders) remotely on your website over there:
yoursite.com/wp-content/themes > list of themes
Filezilla is a free ftp client, you can use on Windows, Mac, Linux for example. Just follow instructions of Chienyi, once you are connected and see the list of directories / files under wp-content/themes folder.
Hope it helps, basically FTP is the explorer/file listing of your website that allows you to change folders, files, erase them at will.

I already changed folder names as stated above and did not work. My site has no template layout and I cannot log into admin… For some reason my site is redirecting me to Example Domain page when I try to log in

Try this please:
Go to the root of website/WP and delete .htaccess file.
I stay a little around to see the outcome. But looks like you have a DNS or server/hosting issue.
