Site error 524 after installing plugin

I had installed the security plugin with licence but I was getting an error when I was trying to perform a scan. Then after the Cleantalk suggestion I deactivated the plugin. Then error 524 started. I deleted the plugin via a file manager and the site works fine BUT whenever I try to activate it, I get 524 error.
