Site Error After Qtranslate Code Edit

After following this advice trying to change the size of the qtranslate flags on my page

I replaced the code in the qtranslate_hooks.php then updated the page and now nothing happens on my page. I tried to the paste the old code back in but still my site is unresponsive.
