Site errors reported by Wordfence

Hi team,

Since WP 5.3.2 with all plugins updated to latest versions I get mails from my Wordfence plugin indicating site issues with wpuf. Checking out the functionality I could not detect issues with wpuf posting. Any idea? The Wordfence mail is shown below.
