Site hangs

Unchecking the “Show password form as well” option of the WebAuthn Login Form in Gutenberg editor causes the site to hang when clicking the “Auth” button of the form in the frontend.
Appears in version 1.3.4 and 1.4.1 as well with any browser (edge, chrome, firefox)
