Unfortunately, the screenshot is not displayed.
It doesn’t look like your site’s IP. It could be your IP. But there is also a possibility that there is some error on the site, and the blocking screen is shown erroneously.
Try changing the IP: visit through another provider or use a VPN.

What caching solutions are used on your site? At the hosting level and as a plugin.
Clearing the cache should help. You need to find a way to eliminate the caching of our plugin’s blocking page.

Hi,
Disabling caching for 403 responses should help. Please add the 403 0 string to the ‘Default HTTP Status Code Page TTL’ option here:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=litespeed-cache#ttl
