• I have received below error message from WordPress. Have contacted my hosting provider and they said that "when I try to change the php version it causes the critical error in the site, this is a issue with the theme, you may have to check with the your themes vendor, and inform them to make the theme compatible with the site."

    Thank you for your reply @bluehostsupport . My account with you has the email DUNGNGUYENBLOG at GMAIL.COM.

    I have chatted with your Customer Service team in several occassions (latest with Ramya) and they haven’t been able to find the fix solutions and keep diverting me to the theme vendor Yith for the incompatiblity.

    Can you pls escalate this to the responsible team that can get this done?

    Thanks for your patience. I have tried resolving this issue with the server access which I have and this requires more access to the servers to resolve this issue. I have escalated this issue to our server specialists. Reference number (E-295749) . Normal ticket resolution time is 24 hors. I will ask our specialists to resolve this issue at the earliest. We will take care of your issue. We always consider our customer’s issue should be resolved in one contact. So that our customers need not contact us again

    Thank you for your reply. In checking your escalated case I do see our team reached out to request additional information that you have not yet replied to. If you could please respond there with the requested information we can continue looking into this.

    Our staff are server administrators who are always willing to assist in guiding you in the right direction here. That said if the issue itself is being caused by a third party plugin or theme, it may be out of the scope of support and would need to be handled with the developer directly as support had previously mentioned. To give yourself the best shot at resolving this as quickly as possible I would recommend, 1) getting back to our admins with the requested information and 2) Reaching out to your theme developer with the error log ready to see if they can help. This way you cover all your bases and are not just waiting on one support team to tell you that you need to try another.
