    Hi there Andrew,

As the WordPress REST API is a requirement for Site Kit and many other plugins we’ll need some additional information from you in order to determine the problem and ensure you can use Site Kit as expected. Please share the following information:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. If using the form please include your current hosting provider.
    2. Can you share a screenshot or any details of your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information above. If there are any REST related messages please expand these to show any additional insights.
    3. Have Site Kit worked as expected for you previously?

Note also that your public REST endpoints seem blocked, so once we know of the above we’ll be able to advise further.

Many thanks for sharing your Site Health information. From checking the details there doesn’t seem to be any plugins active that disable the REST API.

With that can you share the additional insights below?

    1. A screenshot or any details of your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status)
    2. Has Site Kit worked for you previously, and if so do you recall any changes made to your site since?
    3. Are you using a headless setup or any other feature that may be resulting in your public REST endpoints not being available.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

The site installation is new and I have not been able to install the kitsite at any time.

@comendadormaranhao Thanks for the additional insights. What you shared above is useful however this in your Site Health information, which differs from your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status). Your Site Health status can help pinpoint any REST related errors, which Site Kit and other plugins depend on.

In addition to sharing your Site Health status can you share if you’ve performed any other optimizations of your site? This could include CDN optimizations, a headless or static site setup or any manual optimizations to your site. I ask as I don’t notice any of the standard WordPress class names or indicators when inspecting your site.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
