Thanks for getting in touch @mosesdonald19, hopefully we’ll be able to determine the cause and ensure you can complete set up. To do so, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you plan on making your secure fully secure (https), with a valid SSL certificate? I ask as I can see your from your public REST endpoints that your site is defined as https, but it’s not being served as secure. This could be the cause of the issue. Please ensure your site is fully secure, and try again.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
Thank you @jamesosborne for your response , I really need your assistance with fully secure (https)
No problem @mosesdonald19, happy to guide you in the right direction where possible.
Regarding ensuring your website is fully secure (https), unfortunately this isn’t something we can assist with. Your hosting provider should be assist. If you wish to confirm your hosting provider, I can also check for any public documentation regarding their security certificate options. It’s also possible they have LetsEncrypt integration, which provides free SSL certificates.
