Thanks for reaching out @javcardenas. If you’d like to share the following we’d be happy to investiate this and ensure the Site Kit dashboard loads as expected:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.  This can help indicate a browser or caching related block.
    3. Did this start to occur only after updating to the latest version of Site Kit, or do you recall any changes made to your site from when the plugin last worked without issue?

Once we have the above, we can advise on this further. Should the issue be based on a third party plugin conflict, we may suggest using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to determine any conflicting plugin or Site Kit setting.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Gracias por responder.

Si. Parece ser una incompatibilidad con el cache de cloudflare. Desactivé este cache y el plugin funcionó. ¿Cuándo empezó el problema? No se. Hoy lo noté por casualidad en la plataforma de wordpress.

Nice troubleshooting @javcardenas. Rather than disabling your Cloudflare cache, can you try a purge, with details on that here?

Cloudflare does work with WordPress and also Site Kit, being a popular choice for many users. It’s possible you ran into an issue after a plugin update, or multi party conflict conflict with Cloudflare. Do let me know if you encounter any further issues.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
