Thanks for getting in touch. The “The response is not a valid JSON response” error isn’t a Site Kit specific error, and can occur in other areas of your site also, not only the Site Kit dashboard. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Is this occurring within the Site Kit dashboard, or when using the Site Kit admin toolbar?
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
Once we have the above we can advise on this further. I can see some additional non Site Kit placed attributes added to your Analytics snippets, so any troubleshooting we perform may be to rule out third party plugin conflicts.
