Thanks for reaching out @kenbimatcha. Given the buttons are not working as expected, I suspect there may be a browser or third party conflict impacting your Site Kit settings tab. Please share the following and we can determine more on this:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- When attempting to click on buttons from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear. This can help indicate a browser or third party plugin related block.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
Hi @kenbimatcha,
I’m just following up with you to check whether the same issue persists. As I suspect this to be related to a third party plugin or host configuration, please perform the steps below so we can determine more:
- Login to your live site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
- From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
- Attempt to set up Site Kit once more.
Let me know how you get on, or ask if you have any questions.
Hi @kenbimatcha. Just to update you that Hostinger have released an update to their AI Assistant plugin which fixes the issue you were previously facing with Site Kit. Feel free to enable this plugin once more and if you do encounter any further issues then please let us know.
hi @jamesosborne apologies for the delayed response, I’ve just returned from travels. Thank you so much for the guidance and follow up, I’ll update the AI assistant to see if this will resolve my issue.
Appreciate you, James!
