    Hi there,

    I have problem with the adsense code, at first i was using an ads placement plugin to add the code, but ten days ago I transferred to do this with site kit.
    When I done that I started having issues with my adsense account. The ads impressions were not counted in my stats and the reporting is having serious issues still, there are some impressions and earnings and than again all at zero again.

    I don’t have any violations from adsense and all ads are displayed on my website, page views from analytics and adsense are totally different, first I think of invalid traffic maybe, but that was also not the problem, since I have this problem from the 22nd November, and in the stats from the month November there wasn’t any invalid traffic from adsense in my reports.

    Than I decided to transfer back to put my snippet with the ad placement plugin again. Now I have other problem as well, when I remove all snippets from everywhere, site kit is telling me that my code is added from some other plugin – I never used any other plugin for this!

    I would need some help with this problem as more than two weeks I’m having this issue. I reset everything and still having the problems. I guess this month I’m gonna lose the earnings but I just want to fix this to normal.

    At this time the code is added from the site kit plugin, even that is telling me that is added from some other plugin, as I mentioned before, except the ads placement plugin (at this moment it’s not added from there), never used any other to add code snippet.

    I would like to know if someone had this problem ever and how to fix it, I think I tried all!

    Hello @doggozila thanks for opening a support topic and for all the information you have shared which is very helpful indeed. Just to clarify this with you so that I am understanding correctly. You are now using the Site Kit plugin to connect your AdSense module but when doing so, Site Kit tells you that the AdSense code is already placed? Is that correct? Does the same message display when you deactivate the ads placement plugin?

    Please could you also share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. With this information I can check your site setup to see if I can see anything that stands out that may be causing this.

    I can see when checking your site source code that the Site Kit code is not being placed or it is being blocked. So with the information you share, I may be able to see why this is and suggest some next steps for you to take.

    Yes it always says that I use other plugin.

    What about the impressions, why the ad impressions are not recorded, this happened when I installed site kit for other website on the same AdSense account, the ad impressions are not counting in my stats for both sites.

    I don’t have violations and ads are alive on both sites, pageviews are recorded but impressions not, what could be the problem?

    I submitted the form today from my site health.

    @doggozila Thanks for the response and information. Unfortunately, I don’t see all of your site health information so could you try sharing that again following the instructions above.

    With regards to why you’re not getting recorded ad impressions, that might be a question for the AdSense experts at the AdSense Help Center. But once you share the site health information once more then I should be able to perform some checks myself to see if anything stands out.

    I send the second time, the evening of the same day that you told me, I guess you didn’t receive it or you miss it maybe?

    I just submitted it, I can see some red circles in the information 🙂 if you could tell me what those meant and of should be green squares

    @doggozila Thanks, I can now see all of your site health information. The red circles can be ignored in this instance and are not related to your issue. If possible, would you be able to temporarily disable all plugins except for Site Kit and let me know once done? This was I can check your source code once more to see if I can then see the Site Kit placed code which I can’t see at the moment but would expect to see.

    If after this I can see the code then this indicates there is a plugin conflict and we can then begin to narrow this down and find the cause for you.
