Site loading slow after adding new field groups

Hello ,
hope you are doing well.
I have a site where I am using advanced custom fields plugin.
But for few days, when I was going to add few more fields after creating few new field groups , my site is loading very slow.
Can you precisely tell, what’s the reason and how can we recover from this issue?
