    Dear Support,

We receive the following error message for all ‘admin accounts’ of our website:
“Your submission was marked as spam, please try again or contact a site administrator for assistance.”
    Here is a screen shot:

How can we log back into our site?
How can we whitelist users / ip addresses / …?

I suspect this is caused by one of the experimental settings:
    – Nonce: this one is active on our site
    – Ajax: this one is active
(- WebGL: we haven’t tried this one yet, i.e. it can’t be the cause)
Can you see from this notice which one could be the cause?

What is strange is that we were able to log back into the site via the login page /my-account/. We did not see the ‘spam submission’ notice when we accessed from this page, even though la-sentinelle-frontend.js is active on both pages, i.e. /my-account/ and /wp-admin/.

Many thanks for your help with this.

    Piet

    Hi Pieter.

It might be the AJAX filter.
What might also happen is dat de page is cached in the browser with input fields that still hold their values from the last time. I’m not really sure what happened.

Currently there is no option to whitelist IP addresses. That is a good idea though.
Disabling the plugin can be done by logging in through FTP and renaming the folder of the plugin.

    Dear Marcel,

Many thanks for your help. I very much appreciate it.

I don’t think it was a page caching issue, as we cleared the browser cache and closed/re-opened the browser. On the other hand, the fact that we could login successfully via /my-account/ and not via /wp-admin/ might indicate a caching issue.

I have now de-activated the Ajax option, as you can see in this screen shot

Disabling the plugin by renaming the plugin folder or moving to a holding folder is an excellent suggestion (and I should have thought of it myself). Thank you for this tip.

Thank you for all your help.

    Piet
