Normally login to your site as an admin user. Go to the Appearance menu followed by Customize or sometimes Theme Options
You should find where to upload the Logo

Hi there, there is no option to upload a logo though in customize and there is not theme options so I’m a bit stumped.

I’ve just downloaded the theme and had a look at it on my local site. There is a way to change the header image Appearance>Customize>Header Image or directly Appearance>Header.
The example one is the large image but I guess it could be any size you want.

Hello, Brett is correct. What he is saying can be done.
Its not directly THE WAY how like in other themes where you actually set a WEBSITE LOGO.
You can, I think, Only incorporate it as a header image instead.
