Site migration – evolve theme settings not saving

    I just migrated my site to godaddy and I have my email address set in the evolve theme settings and when I try to change it and submit, the ‘Save Settings’ button just spins and never saves my change. I haven’t tried to change anything else in my theme settings besides this, but surely I’m missing something?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    There could be a javascript error due to plugin conflict.

    Please try disabling one plugin at a time, clear cache, clear browser history and re-visit your Theme Options.

    You should be using latest reduxframework plugin.

    I do have an export of my theme options from the original host prior to migration. I wonder if I imported that json export, would it correct the issue?

    It looks like the site uses DP Evolve 2.0 and latest version is 3.6.2!!

    I don’t understand what you mean by DP Evolve.
    Are you referring to the correct theme?
