• Hi,
I have SG Optimizer and am getting this error:

SG Optimizer: Your site https://www.viewdamental.com is not cached! Make sure the Dynamic Cache is enabled in the SuperCacher tool in cPanel.

Supercach config settings are all ticked.

Tried manually purging cache. No change.

    Can I get some help?

    Thanks

After checking your website I noticed that the Dynamic Caching is disabled in Super Cacher. To take full benefit from SG Optimizer, you should activate the Dynamic Caching from cPanel -> Super Cacher -> Dynamic Cache.

However, I would recommend that you do this on a testing environment first. I see that you are also using W3 Total Cache for your viewdamental.com website. The error you are describing was most likely caused by a conflict between the two caching plugins.

While W3 Total Cache is using a file-based caching method (meaning, gathering the cached content in files within your website) SG Optimizer is taking benefit from the server’s actual memory. With SG Optimizer the cached content will be presented directly from the server’s memory which should be much faster and reliable.

If you decide to activate SG Optimizer for caching, you should disable the full page caching of W3 Total Cache. This can be done from your WordPress Dashboard -> Performance -> Page Cache. From there you deactivate “Cache posts page” and activate “Don’t cache front page” (this is judging from the current setup of your website)

This way, you will use SG Optimizer for the caching of your website and still be able to benefit from all other W3 Total Cache functions.

Test this in a staging environment first so that you can confirm if it will suit your needs better. Should you need our assistance, don’t hesitate to post a Support Ticket from your User Area.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
It still isn’t working. I have disabled w3 total cache and dynamic cache is enabled but my site is still showing as not cached.
