site not loading

Our site no longer loads up. It was working fine after we had issues over the weekend with plugins. We had to deactivate WORDPRESS from our main site and start over. It took two of us two full days to do this. It seemed fine but now it is as if it was not there. I did get one Database error message. Then was able to log on but not able to sign in. Then nothing.
