Just installed the this plug-in, ran database backup(492mb) and it has been running for 20mins and the whose site is not loading. Can’t even log into the WP backend anymore it just keeps loading.

Any help would be appreciated.

If your database is really 492Mb, it could take a while to backup, and it’s very probable your server will run out of resources.
Do you know why the database is that large?
