    Hi unehistoiredecom,

    The coming soon page is displayed only to the logged out users.

    Follow these process to view the coming soon page

    Step-1 : enable the coming soon mode from coming soon plugin panel.

    Step-2 : logout of the WordPress Admin Panel and then watch your site url.

    Hi unehistoiredecom,

    You will use WP Super Cache plugin.

    Activate this plugin, Delete cache from WP Super Cache plugin and then save settings of coming plugin.

    Check your site in another browser after save settings may be it will work.
