Site Reviews plugin not responding

    Hello,

    I’m using the Site Reviews plugin on my WordPress webshop. Clicking any plugin option (reviews, settings, etc.) just reloads the dashboard and nothing opens.

    All other plugins are deactivated, so there’s no conflict. My PHP version is 8.4, and the plugin is updated to the latest version.

    Could you advise what might be causing this?

    It looks like a PHP/JS error. Since you’re on PHP 8.4, that could be the cause as not all plugins are fully compatible yet. I’d suggest switching to PHP 8.1/8.2 for testing, enabling WP Debug (WP_DEBUG_LOG) to catch errors, and checking your browser console for JavaScript issues.

    If the Site Reviews pages load but are blank, then it is likely a Javascript issue.

    Maybe your theme is causing the problem.

    Have you tried to temporarily change your theme to the default “twenty twenty-four” WordPress theme to see if that fixes the problem?

    Let me know the results of that and we can go from there.
