• I ran a scan on my fairly large site and the site scan keeps stopping. Also, I can’t login to word fence. I forgot my login info. I’d like to purchase wordfence for my other site.

    Please advise

    Hi @studioforonda,

    For trouble with signing into your account on wordfence.com, please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide the original email address/username that is associated with the account.

    We aren’t able to discuss the Premium version in detail here on the forums, so our team at presales @ wordfence . com can help you if you have further questions about the product before making a purchase.

    Regarding scans, if you have Premium Support once you regain access to your Wordfence account, then that’s your best option. However, if the site is on a free license I’ll be more than happy to help here:

    • Go to the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page
    • In the “Debugging Options” section, check “Enable debugging mode”
    • Click to “Save Changes”.
    • CANCEL any current scan and start a NEW scan
    • Copy the last 20 lines from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) or so of the activity log once the scan finishes and paste them in this post.

    That should help us get started to see what might be preventing the scan from completing.
