Site Security Lockout

I foolishly enabled the Force HTTPS for Frontend requiring a username and password, neither of which I set and now I’m being prompted to put these in to access WordPress for the domain.

Please can someone assist with the generic log in details for this. I recall the username was ‘root’ but not sure about the password.
