    Hi,

My site stats are not working since today. I get this message :

unknown_token: It looks like your Jetpack connection is broken. Try disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting.

I did it and it didn’t change a thing.
I don’t understand as I didn’t change anything in my site. Can you help please ? Thanks

It happened the same thing 3/4 hours ago, and I have the same message. Maybe something wrong with WordPress.com API service?

Actually I found out that it’s my whole Jetpack connection that’s not working, but in the Jetpack tab it says that I’m connected and that everything is fine, I don’t get it. The Jetpack “subscribe” widget is not working… waiting for an answer from Jetpack.

I deactivated Jetpack and reactivated it, had to reconnect it, and now everything is back to normal. Don’t know what happened but it’s solved now.

I did as you suggested and now it seems to work, thank you.

Disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack to WordPress.com is indeed a good first step. If it happens again, and if reconnecting doesn’t help, do not hesitate to use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site:

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
