• When I make updates to my site, I can not see the updates on other devices or if I open a new browser. I can see the updates if I am in WordPress. The updates will show hours later. I clear the cache that shows at the top of my dashboard, but that is not working either.

  • This is usually a caching problem.

Are you able to share your site address so I can take a look?

Note that if you choose to share your site address, you can’t remove it later (after the 1-hour editing window).

I think this is what you are asking for

When I make updates to my site, I can not see the updates on other devices or if I open a new browser. I can see the updates if I am in WordPress. The updates will show hours later.

The site is being cached with the WP-Optimize plugin, so this behavior is normal.

But clicking Purge Cache => Purge cache for all pages is supposed to clear all the caches for the new/updated content to appear immediately.

If this is not working for you, I’ll recommend you post in the WP-Optimize plugin’s own support forum, so the plugin’s authors and support community can help you troubleshoot and fix this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wp-optimize/

I can see the site is also using the Sucuri security service, which also has a caching feature. If the caching feature is enabled for your site and you did not empty this cache as well, please try doing so and test to see if it makes a difference.

    Good luck!
