Site wise Query Vars broken

Can you please explain me this, why have you added this new permalink rule for though out the site instead only for your plugin’s pages – https://ibb.co/SPwGKCy

This line corrupting “$wp->query_vars” trough out the site.

When this line disabled “query_vars” are proper – https://ibb.co/W6rhLYx

But when this line active it’s changing everything – https://ibb.co/mXMvSrP

Many users are suffering due to this, do you have any plan to fix this bug?
