I am receiving the following error:
Something went wrong with your backup. It looks like another process might already be trying to backup your database. Please try again in a few minutes.

It’s been a day now and I am still receiving the same error. Any ideas?

Delete the wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security/backup.lock folder …
It’s used as a temp lock file. Sometimes it is not removed after running a database backup …
So you have to delete the folder manually …
