Hi @jamieburchell,
Site ground, auto login which setting making issue have to check.
Do it shows any error message? like Error: Invalid login details ?
Do you have WP security > Brute force related functionality like Cookie based brute force, Captcha or TFA enabled if yes try disable those feature one by one and check if it solves the issue.

Hello
There’s a page in SiteGround which lists all of your websites. You can click the “login” button next to it, and it will automatically take you to the website’s admin page (it uses the first admin user it finds and logs you in). It doesn’t work when the AIO security plugin is active. What happens is you are presented with a grey screen with just the WordPress logo (no login fields, no error messages).
Unfortunately I am unable to check now which settings are activated.
Hi @jamieburchell,
Do you have admin panel access using username and password ?
You can access the login page using {site_url}/wp-login.php and can login.
If you do not have access using username/ password if have file manager access rename the AIOS plugin folder “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall” to “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall-deactivated” at location /wp-content/plugins/ as per the root of WordPress install, It will deactivate the AIOS and allow you to access.
Once accessed you should try change password for admin user and that way can access the wp-admin and activate again the AIOS plugin.
Please export AIO setting WP security > Settings > Import / Export tab and if possible share with me using https://pastebin.com/
I will try check from my end also if can find a sitepanel hosting to check what setting may create the issue.

Hello
I can create an administrator using WP CLI and login with that account from the admin login page but I cannot use the one-click login from SiteGround. I guess it’s possible that the administrator account that SiteGround chose has been blocked in some way.
Unfortunately I have to keep the plugin disabled for now (the client has requested it is disabled) so I’m unable to share a configuration export. I really just wanted to know if this was a known issue / there’s a workaround.
Thanks
Hi @jamieburchell,
Ok, It is not known issue that Siteground auto login admin does not work.
I will create an internal ticket for this issue to check if we can replicate this issue and solve it.

Thanks @hjogiupdraftplus I’ll come back to you if I find out anything further
