Siteground Optimizer causing white page

    I have been getting an error where my page shows as only a white page when not logged in. I disabled all plugins and re enabled them one by one and determined it is caused by the Siteground Optimizer plug in. I am using the avada theme. However, whenever I update my site using Avada, the CSS breaks and I have to re enable Siteground Optimizer (to get the white screen) and then disable it again to get the page to load correctly.

    I’ve searched around online the past week and haven’t found an answer so far.

    Hello @jonezy35,

    Avada theme provides specific Front-end optimization features that could cause a conflict resulting in the reported issues. I would recommend further testing by disabling the CSS/JS optimizations of our plugin, then disabling the Lazy load feature as Avada also provides that.

    We have not performed tests in order to avoid downtime of your website. There are no logs that could help us to determine the origin of the issue. If you would like our team to check the case further, please post a new ticket from your SiteGround User Area and confirm that we can enable the plugin which will result in a temporary downtime.
