    Hi there,

I use Siteground web server and Siteground has automatically added this plugin. However, I am using Themeco X Pro theme. The plugin seem to have a conflict with the theme I am using. I can’t access the theme. It just hung there …kept reading!!

When I deactivated this plugin I can work on the website. (It doesn’t have problem with Siteground Security).

    Thank you.

    Hey there @bnksmile.

Would it be possible to provide a URL, so we can further investigate the case?

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

    Hi Stoyan,

Yes I would like to. Would you like the dashboard url or just our website url. If the former, how can I send the url in a safe place? Should I do in Siteground admin?

    Thank you.

    Hey there @bnksmile,

Just the website URL will do.

    Hi @stoyangeorgiev,

It is http://www.soilskills.net.au. I’ve deactivated your plugin at the moment so I can work on my website.

    Thanks for a quick suggestion.

    Hey there @bnksmile,

It looks like the theme is loading its functionality and assets on a frontend page and all of the plugin optimizations are initiated.

You can exclude the themes js files from being minified, or disable the optimization.

    Kind regards,
    Stoyan

    Hi Stoyan,

Thanks for the investigation and suggestion. I have excluded these following related files but it didn’t solve the problem. The theme still does not load unless I have done something not right.

    /themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/js/site/cs.36b5a0d.js
    /themes/pro/framework/dist/js/site/x.js

This issue has happened with other people according to Themeco Forum.

I might uninstalled the plugin instead as it seems to work with other people too though it is a pity that we can’t use the plugin.

Welcome other suggestions if may have.

    Many thanks.
