    Hi everyone.
Since we’re having issues with Lifter while using SiteGround and I am talking to them about those issues for a while now, I decided to share the information here.
The last update I have from them is this:
“I don’t think the problems have anything to do with SG Optimizer. I’ve explained to LifterLMS developers that we have complaints from people with SG Optimizer, people without SG Optimizer, CloudFlare, etc. etc. It might as well be a bug with their code and just that we host millions of sites, there are few complaints. I’have opened a free SiteGround account for them so they can troubleshoot and tell me if there is any server-side problem. I am still waiting for them to reply with their results. I will let you know the moment they find what’s causing this.”

So if you could not replicate those issues from that SG account, please know that you can have access to my account since I am experiencing a great variety of issues to study it.
    Thank you

We do not have access to your account. We don’t access free users accounts for any reasons and LifterLMS does not enable us some kind of backdoor into your site!

We do have an account on SiteGround and as of yet we have not been able to determine exactly what is going on to cause these issues. We have been working with SiteGround and it currently does not appear to be caused by the SG Optimizer plugin but it also does not seem like it’s caused by LifterLMS exactly because I cannot replicate the issues reported by SiteGround users on other webhosts.

We’re sorry for this frustrating set of issues you’ve been encountering and we greatly appreciate your patience while we continue to pick apart our codebase literally line by line to try to discern why our plugin is having so many issues on this host specifically.

It sounds to me like if you reach out to SiteGround directly they may have a solution for you since. Am I misunderstanding your interaction with them?

@thomasplevy I see no point sending people to us directly since thats a dev issue? If there is anything in our environment – let us know but as far as I can see at the moment that’s something within the app…

    Hi @thomasplevy

Yes, I know you don’t have access.
What I meant was: if you wish to have access in order to try to find out what may be causing those issues, then I can provide to you temporary access to my accounts.
I just thought that maybe the account SG provided to you could not be presenting the issues. So, if that’s the case, then let me know. However, if the account SG provided is presenting the issues, then great! I hope you can find out what’s happening.

Right now, I contracted a different host to import/export some courses to my most problematic students. Hopefully it will be a temporary situation for me and my students. I just want you to know that the only thing I can do to help you find out what’s going on is letting you access my accounts if you need to.

    Thank you!
